More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members
Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new image release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a legend labelling different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current investigative release.
